Steelhead Backroads Fall Bootcamp

September - October

For anglers seeking a true adventure, our Steelhead Boot Camp offers a unique opportunity to fish the remote Nass River. Here, you’ll be casting dry flies or light sink tips, challenging your skills and testing your technique in a wild, off-grid environment. This experience is perfect for those looking to hone their skills while chasing one of the most sought-after fish in the world.

Price depends on how many days you would like and admission costs are yours to cover. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

What's Included

Full packages

All full package bookings are booked arriving on a Sunday, fishing Monday to Friday, and departing Saturday.

Day bookings are for an 8-hour day, your guide picking you up at your place of stay, and returning you there at the end of the fishing day.

Fishing licenses are not included and are approximately $120.00 per person for non-residents. For more information on what to bring, view our suggested What to Bring List.

Fishing Packages do not include:

Fishing licenses (we recommend purchasing your license before arrival)
Flights (Air Canada or WestJet)
Alcohol
Gratuities
Freezing or packaging fish (we have a third party that does a great job for a decent price)

Basic Itinerary

Upon your arrival, we will be waiting for you at the Northwest Regional Airport. Next, we will take you back to the lodge for some R&R before your first day of fishing.

Breakfast is served at 6:30 am daily. At 7:00 am you will head to the river with your guide. Lunch is served on the river.

Return to the lodge for a wholesome homemade dinner at 7:00 pm. Meet our Guides!

Bookings

When booking your all inclusive fishing adventure, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 10 days to confirm your reservation.

Should you have to cancel your trip for any reason, we will honour your deposit or full payment to another date and time or person for up to a year.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Certified Cheques, Money Order, Wire Transfer & E-transfers & Cash & PayPal. Should your bill not be paid upon arrival, you will not be guided, fed or lodged until payment has been received in full. Day bookings must be paid in full upon the booking.

We strongly recommend Travel Insurance for all our guests to protect your investment, should a family emergency, act of God, or other unforeseen situation arise, which would cause you to cancel your trip of a lifetime. Triple insurance covers lost baggage, flight cancellations or missed connections and in case of family emergency you must cancel your trip last minute.

Gratuities

It is recommended etiquette that you personally tip your guide or hostess or cook at the end of the guided trip, daily or upon departure.

The usual rate is between $50-$100 per day. We encourage gratuities only if you are satisfied with the level of service provided, and the amount of the gratuity is entirely up to you.
